Dr. Thompson
 Dr. Thompson graduated from undergraduate school at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS in 1987. He followed this with his dental education at the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry in Mempis. After graduating with a DDS in 1991, he attended a General Practice Residency program in St. Louis in combination with the VA Medical Center and Southern Illinois University. He moved to Washington, DC in 1993 and began working in a group practice until opening his own practice in 2000. Dr. Thompson has extensive experience with the latest technology available including Laser dentistry and Cerec dentistry. He maintains homes in Washington, DC, the Shenandoah, and New York City. As an avid animal lover, Dr. Thompson travels everywhere with his Golden Retriever, Mimi--the luckiest girl in the world.
Debbie Rhea, Office Manager
 Debbie has been working with Dr. Thompson since 1995. She lives in Dumphries with her husband and has two adult children as well as her Yorkie, Jazz.
Kim Rieder, Hygienist
 Kim has been with Dr. Thompson since 2004, but previously worked with Dr. Thompson in another office. She has two children and is married. She is an avid animal lover with many horses, dogs, and cats in her company.
Debbie Allen, Hygienist
 Debbie has been with Dr. Thompson since 1995. She balances her time between her husband, her three children and their new dog Max.
Alicia Charland, Dental Assistant
Alicia was born in Havana, Cuba and even though she's been in the United States since she was two years old, she speaks fluent Spanish. She has been a dental assistant for at least 30 years in the northern Virginia area where she lives with her husband, Mark, and her step-dog, Max.
ALlyson MonTgomery, Dental Assistant
 Al hails from Liverpool, England, but recently became a US citizen. She is married with two children and lives merely blocks from the office. Al, too, is an animal lover with her little yorkie, Hank currently holding her heart.
Mimi, Office mascot, therApy dog
 After Maggie's 14 year life with Dr. Thompson, along comes Mimi. Dr. Thompson adopted her from GRREAT, a golden retriever rescue group that he belongs to. Mimi loves kids and grown-ups alike. She can be found lounging near the front desk overseeing the office since she comes to work with Dr. Thompson every day.
